When you use MyMix, we may collect the following information:

• Spotify account data: When you connect your Spotify account, we access your public profile, playlists, and track metadata (names, artists, duration, preview URLs). We do not access your Spotify password.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as which features you use and how often.
• Email address: If you sign up for early access or notifications, we collect your email address.
• Device information: Basic device type and operating system version for crash reporting and compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate AI-powered DJ sets from your Spotify playlists
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our music recommendations
• Send you product updates and launch notifications (only if you opted in)
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• Comply with our obligations under Spotify's Developer Policy

3. Spotify Data

MyMix integrates with the Spotify Web API. By connecting your Spotify account, you authorize MyMix to access your playlists and track data in accordance with Spotify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide the service:

• playlist-read-private — read your playlists
• playlist-read-collaborative — read collaborative playlists
• user-read-private — read your account subscription level
• user-read-email — read your account email
• user-library-read — read your saved tracks

We do not sell, rent, or share your Spotify data with third parties for advertising purposes. Spotify data is used solely to provide the MyMix service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, AI processing) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@mymixai.app.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Spotify access tokens are stored securely and are never logged or exposed to unauthorized parties.

7. Children's Privacy

MyMix is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
